Objective: To investigate the effect and rationality of “lymph vein” anastomosis through the relationship between flow and pressure changes. Methods: According to the relevant data of lymph and venous system in groin, we tried to set up an experimental model of “lymphatic venous anastomosis shunt” to simulate the end-to-end anastomosis of lymphatic vessels and venules (A) , Measured A, B two methods of pressure and shunt flow changes. Results: (1) When the pressure of the venous tube and the flow rate are constant, the flow cross section of B is large, the flow velocity of shunt is small, and the energy loss is small. (2) Lymphatic pressure, the flow rate is fixed, the larger the venous tube, the greater the flow rate, the smaller the pressure on the wall, the smaller the anastomotic shunt resistance. Conclusion: Lymphatic capsule and large vein anastomosis shunt for the treatment of lower extremity lymphoid edema are more reasonable and the effect is more obvious
