说起锻炼身体,你一定会联想到跑步、打球、玩健身器等各种体育活动,这大概缘于人们对锻炼的传统看法:锻炼身体必定使身体有适当幅度的活动。如不锻炼,身体肌肉就会萎缩,体质就会下降,疾病也随之而来。经常不活动的人,便被人们称之以“懒”、“不爱锻炼”等丑名。当然只是落得个丑名倒也在其次,更重要的是身体体质下降了,疾病就会找麻烦。锻炼对于人来说是多么的重要!但是锻炼是辛苦的事,很多人就不能吃苦,有的是没有好的条件可以锻炼。有没有一种新的健身手
