井下矿车平稳运行是井运系统畅通的重要保障,轨道损坏、车体振动是引起矿车运输损坏的外在原因。以矿车-轨道接触耦合为研究对象,利用计算机仿真技术模拟了井运过程中轮轨作用力对矿车点头振动和垂直振动的影响,找出了影响矿车平稳运行的内在原因,并提出了安装金属橡胶的控制策略。研究对井下运输系统的建设提供了科学依据。
The smooth operation of the underground mine car is an important guarantee for the smooth operation of the well transportation system. The orbital damage and the vibration of the car body are the external causes of the damage of the mine car. In this paper, the coupling between the car and the rail is taken as the research object.
