矿井空调必须考虑由采空区热风引起的温度升高,采空区热风是由围岩散热和氧化放热等引起的,影响因素多,关系复杂。从研究采空区热源入手,对影响采空区热风的因素进行分析。利用质量守恒定律和达西定律,建立了采空区气体流动微分方程;利用传热学理论和能量守恒定律建立了采空区温度场方程,从泛函出发,用有限单元法进行分析,用VB语言编制了数值计算软件;结合具体情况,运用数值软件解算出在不同工作面阻力、原始岩温下采空区热风的运移规律,并对解算结果进行了分析。
Mine air conditioning must take into account the hot air caused by goaf temperature rise, goaf hot air is caused by the surrounding rock cooling and oxidation and other heat, the impact of many factors, the relationship is complex. Starting from studying the heat source in goaf, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the hot wind in goaf. Using the law of conservation of mass and Darcy’s law, the gas flow differential equation of goaf is established. Based on the theory of heat transfer and the law of conservation of energy, the temperature field equation of goaf is established. From the functional theory, finite element method VB was used to develop the numerical calculation software. According to the specific situation, the numerical simulation software was used to solve the problem of hot air movement in the goaf under different working face resistance and original rock temperature. The result of the solution was analyzed.
