本文介绍了用灰铸铁代替合金铸铁,制造中小批量生产的拉延模中几个关键问题的研究情况:模具壁厚对铸件性能的影响,铸件组织状态及热处理工艺对铸件性能的影响以及生产应用的稳定性等。结果表明,模具壁厚小于60毫米时选用HT25—47铸铁,小于100毫米时选用HT30一54灰铸铁;控制铁水的化学成分,使铸件获得70%以上的珠光体,在退火状态下直接使用,可以较好的满足模具的各项性能要求。这样,模具材料成本可降低2/3,切削加工效率可提高15%。
