目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-C)在甲状腺功能异常患者诊治中的作用。方法测定156例甲状腺功能亢进症患者、104例甲状腺功能减退症患者及50名健康对照者的血清Hcy、Cys-C水平,跟踪观察甲状腺功能异常患者经药物治疗病情缓解后血清Hcy和Cys-C水平的变化,进行统计分析。结果与正常对照组比较,甲状腺功能亢进症组患者Hcy水平降低,Cys-C水平升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺功能减退症组血清Hcy水平升高,Cys-C水平降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清Hcy水平较治疗前升高,Cys-C水平降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺功能减退症患者血清Hcy水平较治疗前降低,Cys-C水平升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy和Cys-C水平与甲状腺功能异常密切关联,及时进行Hcy和Cys-C水平的检测在甲状腺功能异常患者的诊断和治疗中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the role of homocysteine (Hcy) and cystatin C (Cys-C) in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with thyroid dysfunction. Methods The serum levels of Hcy and Cys-C in 156 cases of hyperthyroidism, 104 cases of hypothyroidism and 50 healthy controls were measured. The changes of serum Hcy and Cys-C levels in patients with hypothyroidism after drug treatment were observed. The level of change, statistical analysis. Results Compared with the normal control group, the levels of Hcy and Cys-C in hyperthyroidism group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05); while the levels of Hcy and Cys-C in hypothyroidism group were significantly increased The levels were lower and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of Hcy in patients with hyperthyroidism was higher than that before treatment, while the level of Cys-C was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of Hcy in patients with hypothyroidism was lower than that before treatment and the level of Cys-C High and difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of Hcy and Cys-C are closely related to thyroid dysfunction. It is of great value to detect Hcy and Cys-C levels in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with thyroid dysfunction.
