国际焊接学会为研究焊接接头的疲劳设计,由第十三焊接结构疲劳专业委员会及十五焊接结构与设计基础专业委员会联合组成了一接头工作组,由西德A.Hobbacher任主席,在今年(1980)的国际焊接年会上,提出了一篇“承受循环荷载的焊接钢结构设计建议”,文字简短,内容较丰富,包括了当今焊接结构疲劳强度试验研究工作做得较多的美国J.W.Fisher及英国T.R.Gurney,S.J.Maddox等的试验结果与意见,基本反映了目前世界上对焊接结构疲劳研究的现状与动向,可供我国从事这一工作的科研、设计、制造者参考。
In order to study the fatigue design of welded joints, the International Welding Society has formed a joint working group jointly organized by the Thirteenth Welding Structural Fatigue Committee and the Fifteen Welding Structural and Design Foundation Professional Committee under the chairmanship of A.Hobbacher of West Germany this year 1980) at the International Welding Conference, proposed a “design proposal of welded steel structure to withstand cyclic loading”, the text is brief, rich in content, including today’s welded structure fatigue test done more American JWFisher And the British TRGurney, SJ Maddox and other test results and opinions, basically reflects the current status of the world on the fatigue of welded structures and trends that can be engaged in this work for our research, design, manufacture reference.
