含负折射率介质的新型微腔器件光学性能研究

将负折射率介质引入到微腔有机电致发光器件(MOLED)中,利用传输矩阵法对这种器件的反射率大小、入射角度特性、器件厚度对发射峰的影响以及电致发光(EL)光谱性质进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,与普通的均由正折射率介质构成的MOLED相比,新型微腔器件的入射角度特性和EL谱均优于普通微腔器件,并且发射谱受器件厚度的影响很小。因此这种微腔器件的厚度可以做的很薄,有利于薄膜器件的进一步优化。 The negative refractive index medium was introduced into a microcavity organic electroluminescent device (MOLED). The transmission matrix method was used to measure the reflectance of the device, the incident angle characteristic, the influence of device thickness on the emission peak and the electroluminescence (EL) The spectral properties were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the angle of incidence and the EL spectrum of the new microcavity device are better than the ordinary microcavity device, and the emission spectrum is less affected by the thickness of the device than the conventional MOLED consisting of the positive refractive index medium. Therefore, the thickness of the microcavity device can be made very thin, which is beneficial for the further optimization of the thin film device.
