胃类癌(Gastric Carcinoid)是罕见肿瘤,本组从1347例胃癌中查到5例。本文应用免疫组化染色进行观察、研究。临床资料男4例,女1例,年龄58～72岁,平均年龄65岁。症状:上腹部疼痛3例,黑便3例,恶心呕吐1例,皮肤潮红伴类癌综合征及肝转移1例。病理检查大体:大小均为2～3cm,位于粘膜下,表面有溃疡4例,呈息肉状1例,切面均呈灰黄色,质硬,癌组织均浸润至浆膜层。光镜:5例胃类癌
Gastric Carcinoid is a rare tumor. In this group, 5 cases were found in 1347 cases of gastric cancer. This article applies immunohistochemical staining for observation and study. Clinical data were 4 males and 1 female, aged 58-72 years, with an average age of 65 years. Symptoms: 3 cases of epigastric pain, 3 cases of black stools, 1 case of nausea and vomiting, 1 case of skin flushing with carcinoid syndrome and liver metastases. Pathological examination generally: the size is 2 ~ 3cm, located in the submucosa, the surface of the ulcer in 4 cases, was 1 case of polypoid, cut surface were grayish yellow, hard, cancer tissue infiltration to the serosal layer.
