巨噬细胞与肥大细胞从造血组织迁移并定居在人和哺乳动物的子宫内,在子宫内膜周期性变化与妊娠过程中,它们在数量与分布上发生相应的变化。激活的巨噬细胞与肥大细胞释放细胞因子和一氧化氮(NO),调节并监视子宫内膜的周期性变化,并对妊娠过程产生影响。巨噬细胞主要发挥抵御滋养层细胞侵入并调节子宫肌层功能的作用,肥大细胞则可能具有调节其它免疫细胞功能的作用。同时,这两种细胞都参与杀伤子宫肿瘤细胞的过程
Macrophages and mast cells migrate from hematopoietic tissues and colonize the uterus of humans and mammals, with corresponding changes in their numbers and distributions during the period of endometrial changes and during pregnancy. Activated macrophages and mast cells release cytokines and nitric oxide (NO), regulate and monitor the cyclical changes in the endometrium, and have an impact on the process of pregnancy.
