喷油泵柱塞和柱塞套的配合间隙约为1.5~2.5μm。若此值超限,则会严重影响柴油机的动力性,甚至无法启动。本文介绍一些(不用拆检喷油泵)随机判断柱塞偶件磨损是否超限的经验。(1)看拆下喷油泵上的高压油管,排尽低压油路的空气,将泵处于最大供油位置,启动发动机。如喷出的油呈喷射状,且明显感觉压力强劲(135型柴油机喷射的燃油可到达进气歧管),则表明柱塞偶件完好,可以继续使用,反之,应更换柱塞偶件。

This article describes some (without dismantling the fuel injection pump) to determine whether the plunger wear or tear is overrun. (1) Remove the high-pressure tubing on the fuel injection pump, drain the air from the low-pressure oil circuit, place the pump at the maximum fuel supply position and start the engine. If the sprayed oil is sprayed and the pressure is clearly felt strong (the fuel injected by the 135 Diesel engine can reach the intake manifold), the plunger coupling is in good condition and can be used continuously; on the contrary, the plunger coupling should be replaced.
