背景摘要党中央、国务院作出了《关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定》,致力于2020年全面建成小康社会,发出了民营企业应积极参与“万企帮万村”精准扶贫行动的号召。四川有88个贫困县、11501个建档立卡贫困村和380万贫困人口,特别是凉山州,在册建档立卡贫困村就有2078个,是我省精准扶贫精准脱贫工作的重点、难点。打赢扶贫攻坚战,需要包括民营企业家在内的更多社会力量参与,才能确保如期完成这项任务。
Background Abstract The CPC Central Committee and the State Council made the “Decision on Winning a Poverty Alleviation and Tackling the Great Battle of the People,” devoted themselves to building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020 and issued a call for private-owned enterprises to actively participate in “precise poverty alleviation operations”. There are 88 poverty-stricken counties in Sichuan, 11,501 established credit card impoverished villages and 3.8 million impoverished people, especially in Liangshan Prefecture. There are 2,078 registered card-making poor villages in Sichuan Province, which is the focus of our province’s precision poverty-alleviating poverty work. . To win the battle against poverty and to involve more social forces, including private entrepreneurs, can ensure that the task is completed on schedule.
