为探讨铜合金的贝氏体相变机制,用透射电镜研究了三种Cu-Zn-Al合金贝氏体的精细结构,在贝氏体片条的宽面及生长前端均观察到三维形态的台阶,表明台价是客观存在的实验事实。台阶的高度范围很大,既有近百nm的巨型台阶,也有nm级生长台阶。在贝氏体生长前端的巨型台阶阶面上首次发现nm级扭折和小台阶。实验结果表明,Cu-Zn-Al合金的贝氏体相交属扩散控制的台阶生长机制。
In order to investigate the bainite transformation mechanism of copper alloy, the fine structure of three kinds of Cu-Zn-Al alloy bainite was studied by transmission electron microscope. The three-dimensional morphology of the bainite The step shows that the price of Taiwan is an objective fact of experiment. The height of the step range, both near the 100 nm giant step, there are nm-level growth steps. For the first time, nm-level kinks and small steps were found on the giant step front of bainitic growth. The experimental results show that the bainite growth of the Cu-Zn-Al alloy is controlled by the stepwise diffusion control.
