为推进上海农村深化改革和经济发展,去年11月8日至14日,我们赴浙江省绍兴市、绍兴县、桐乡市等地,考察了有关农村改革和农村工作的情况。现将考察情况简述如下: 近年来浙东经济发展速度快。绍兴市1992年工农业总产值为381亿元,1993年1～10月,工农业总产值已达417.49亿元,比上年同期增长52.05％;全市人均收入将超过1700元。 近几年来注意尊重群众意愿、按照群众的创造,因势利导,不断深化改革。他们的改革新思路是:
