为实现工业电解槽电极电流在线测量并及时发现极间短路,利用计算机数值模拟研究了槽间导电排的磁场分布,确定合适的霍尔传感器测量位置、测量方法,推导出电极电流的计算模型。试验电解槽上的测试结果表明,所提出的方法测量偏差小于1.5%,满足工业测量要求。

PDC复合片固体废料中含有少量钴。研究了采用酸浸—草酸盐沉淀法回收钴。以硫酸为浸出剂,草酸铵为沉淀剂,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出时间、搅拌速度、浸出温度对钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:钴浸出率随硫酸浓度、搅拌速度提高及浸出时间延长而提高;在硫酸浓度0.2 mol/L、温度20℃、搅拌速度400 r/min条件下浸出6 h,钴浸出率在90%以上,浸出效果较好。
研究了采用氯化铵-盐酸体系从烧结电除尘灰中浸出金属铅,考察了氯化铵浓度、盐酸浓度、固液质量体积比、浸出温度、浸出时间对铅浸出率的影响,并探讨了浸出机制。结果表明:在NH4Cl浓度2 mol/L和HCl浓度1.5 mol/L、浸出温度70℃、浸出时间30 min、固液质量体积比为1 g/4 mL条件下,铅浸出率为98.6%;NH4Cl的加入可以提高溶液氢离子活度,实现低酸浓度下铅的有效浸出。

研究了在工业电解槽中利用人工铜柱模拟结瘤及其生长行为,考察了电解时间和结瘤初始高度对结瘤形貌和生长速率的影响。结果表明:阴极电流随极间距减小而显著增大;电解时间小于12 h,结瘤形貌变化不大;电解时间延长至24 h,7.5 mm是结瘤形貌显著变化的临界高度:当结瘤初始高度大于7.5 mm后,其顶端出现明显的冠状膨大;当阴极板表面的结瘤高度小于2.5 mm且电解时间小于12 h时,其径向生长速率较快;除此以外,均以轴向生长为主导。
