本文叙述了用料浆喷雾干燥法制取复合粉末材料工艺的研究,包括实验用小型喷雾干燥装置及流程设计、料浆制备、喷雾干燥工艺等。测定了所获得复合粉末的性能,进行了等离子喷涂试验,检查了涂层的性能。认为,用料桨干燥法可以制备出喷涂需要的不同功能的复合粉末,因而具有广阔的发展前景和应用领域。
In this paper, the research on the process of preparing composite powder materials by slurry spray drying is described, including the experimental small spray drying device and process design, slurry preparation, spray drying process and so on. The properties of the obtained composite powders were measured, the plasma spraying test was carried out, and the properties of the coating were examined. It is considered that the composite powder with different functions required for spraying can be prepared by the paddle drying method, and thus has broad development prospects and application fields.
