目的对桑白皮蜜炙前后总黄酮提取物进行HPLC指纹图谱研究,探索总黄酮提取物在蜜炙前后质与量的变化。方法采用Waters 2965高效液相色谱仪进行检测,色谱柱Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),色谱条件:乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长:PDA定时波长(0~30min,270nm)(30~90min,320nm);柱温30℃;流速1 ml·min-1;进样量10μl;分析时间:90 min。结果桑白皮与由其蜜炙而得蜜桑白皮总黄酮提取物指纹图谱相似度均大于0.975,而同一产地批次不相对应的桑白皮与蜜桑白皮总黄酮提取物指纹图谱相似度为0.528~0.856;中试样品蜜炙前后的相似度平均为0.988。结论桑白皮蜜炙前后差异较小,而相同产地市售桑白皮与蜜桑白皮之间存在较大差异,说明蜜炙工艺参数不统一对饮片内在质量的影响较大。
OBJECTIVE To study the HPLC fingerprints of total flavonoids from Sunbai Peel before and after Sunburn, and to explore the changes of total and flavonoids contents before and after the Sunburn. The method was performed on a Waters 2965 high performance liquid chromatograph. The chromatographic column was Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The chromatographic conditions were as follows: acetonitrile-0.2% ~ 30min, 270nm) (30-90min, 320nm); column temperature was 30 ℃; flow rate was 1 ml · min-1; injection volume was 10μl; analysis time was 90 min. Results The similarities of fingerprints of mulberry white skin and the total flavonoids extract of honey and mulberry white skin were all more than 0.975, while the fingerprints of the total flavonoids extracts of mulberry white skin and mulberry white skin The similarities were 0.528 ~ 0.856. The average similarity of the sample before and after honeyburn was 0.988. Conclusion Sangbianpi before and after the Sunburn difference is small, while the same place of origin of commercial white sand mulberry white skin and there is a big difference between that honey honeydew parameters are not uniform on the internal quality of the larger.
