在304不锈钢外圆表面激光熔覆镍基氧化锆金属陶瓷粉末,对激光工艺参数优化,制备工艺性能良好的熔覆层。研究了激光工艺参数对熔覆层宏观形貌、显微组织和硬度分布的影响。结果表明:激光功率为1.5 kW时,涂层硬度最佳;随着扫描速度的增大,熔覆层的组织有细化的趋势;通过优化扫描速度,可得到显微硬度较高,且沿熔覆层表面垂直方向的硬度分布变化不大的熔覆涂层。
Nickel-based zirconia cermet powder is laser-cladding on the surface of 304 stainless steel, and the laser process parameters are optimized to prepare the cladding layer with good process performance. The effects of laser parameters on the morphology, microstructure and hardness distribution of cladding layer were studied. The results show that the hardness of the coating is the best when the laser power is 1.5 kW. The microstructure of the coating tends to be refined with the increase of the scanning speed. By optimizing the scanning speed, the microhardness can be obtained. Cladding layer coating surface hardness changes little in the vertical distribution of the coating.
