在高职院校中,管理工作是提高效率和效益的关键因素,管理人员作为影响管理效果的关键群体,使对管理人员的考核成为一项重要工作。但是因为岗位分工不同,工作的不确定性和复杂性,考核难度较大,长期以来,高职院校管理人员考核目标单一模糊、考评标准过低、弹性过大、考评效能偏低等等。本研究从高职院校管理人员绩效考核的理论、绩效考核的实际操作两个方面展开深入探讨和研究,为提升学校管理的效率,增强学校的竞争力提供保障。
In higher vocational colleges, management is the key factor to improve the efficiency and effectiveness. As a key group that affects the management effect, managers make the examination of managers become an important task. However, due to the different job positions, the uncertainty and complexity of the work, the examination is more difficult. For a long time, the evaluation targets of the management personnel in the higher vocational colleges are single and ambiguous, the evaluation standards are too low, the flexibility is too large, the evaluation performance is low, and so on. This study explores and studies in depth from two aspects: the theory of performance appraisal of managers in higher vocational colleges and the actual operation of performance appraisal, which provides the guarantee for improving the efficiency of school management and enhancing the competitiveness of schools.
