在实验室条件下研究了酸性和碱性合成渣处理弹簧钢时钢中酸溶铝、钙和氧含量的变化规律 ,并通过工业生产试验比较了两种不同精炼工艺条件下 (Ⅰ :高碱度渣精炼 +喂铝丝 ;Ⅱ :酸性渣精炼 +VD)钢中酸溶铝和氧含量随工艺过程的变化。分析结果表明 :工艺Ⅱ生产的弹簧钢的夹杂物尺寸分布明显优于工艺Ⅰ。
The changes of acid-soluble aluminum, calcium and oxygen content in steels treated with acidic and basic synthetic slag were studied under laboratory conditions. The effects of different alkali conditions on the content of acid-soluble aluminum, Degree of slag refining + aluminum wire feeding; Ⅱ: acid slag refining + VD) steel acid-soluble aluminum and oxygen content with the process changes. The analysis results show that the size distribution of the inclusions in the spring steel produced by the process Ⅱ is obviously better than that of the technology Ⅰ.
