目的:分析老年重症患者中心静脉导管相关感染(CRI)的特点,并探讨护理对策。方法:通过加强培训、优化消毒液、改善穿刺术操作环境、优化管理流程等,对老年重症患者中心静脉导管的护理对策进行综合优化,比较优化前后CRI相关监测指标。结果:优化后CRI相关监测指标优于优化前(P<0.05)。结论:老年重症患者CRI发病率高,对相关护理对策进行综合性优化,可明显降低CRI。 Objective: To analyze the characteristics of central venous catheter-related infection (CRI) in elderly critically ill patients and to explore nursing strategies. Methods: The nursing strategies of central venous catheters in elderly patients with severe diseases were comprehensively optimized by strengthening training, optimizing disinfectant solution, improving puncture operation environment and optimizing management procedures. The CRI-related monitoring indexes before and after optimization were compared. Results: The optimized CRI-related monitoring indicators were better than those before optimization (P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of CRI in elderly critically ill patients is high. Comprehensive optimization of related nursing strategies can significantly reduce CRI.
