目的:观察温脾实肠法组方对脾阳不足泄泻模型大鼠血清中酶活性的影响,探讨温脾实肠颗粒治疗脾阳不足泄泻的机理。方法:取SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随即分为正常对照组、模型对照组、附子理中丸组、温脾实肠大剂量组、温脾实肠中剂量组、温脾实肠小剂量组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余各组采用苦寒药物加饮食失节法造成大鼠脾阳虚泄泻模型。造模结束后给予相应药物治疗14天,末次给药1h,眼眶静脉丛取血,测定血清中淀粉酶、乳酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶水平。结果:脾阳不足泄泻模型组AMS及LDH水平明显低于正常对照组。经药物治疗后温脾实肠颗粒能明显提高模型大鼠血清中AMS及LDH水平。脾阳不足模型大鼠血清中SDH水平明显高于正常对照组,温脾实肠颗粒可降低模型大鼠血清中SDH水平。结论:温脾实肠颗粒对脾阳不足泄泻的治疗作用与调节血清中消化酶水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wenpi Decoction on the enzyme activity in serum of spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea model and to explore the mechanism of Wenpi Decoction for diarrhea in spleen-yang deficiency treatment. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Fuzi Li Zhong Wan group, large dose group of warm spleen and intestine, medium dose group of warm spleen and intestine, small intestine of warm spleen Dose group, each group of 10. In addition to the normal control group, the rest of the groups using the bitter cold diet and food disorders caused by spleen Yang diarrhea model in rats. After the model was given the appropriate drug treatment for 14 days, the last administration 1h, orbital venous plexus blood, determination of serum amylase, lactate dehydrogenase, succinate dehydrogenase levels. Results: AML and LDH levels in spleen-yang deficiency model group were significantly lower than those in normal control group. After treatment with warm spleen and intestine particles can significantly improve the model rats serum AMS and LDH levels. The level of SDH in serum of spleen-yang deficiency model group was significantly higher than that in normal control group. WBP could decrease SDH level in serum of model rats. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Wen spleen and intestine granules on spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea is related to the regulation of digestive enzymes in serum.
