利用正相硅胶柱层析对翻白草(Potentilla discolor Bung.)的80%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果显示:从翻白草分离得到5种化合物,分别鉴定为{(6S,9R)-6-羟基-3-酮-α-紫罗兰醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷{(6S,9R)-9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-6-hydroxy-3-oxo-α-ionol,[(6S,9R)-roseoside],1}、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,2)、γ-亚麻酸(γ-linolenic acid,3)、二十四烷酸(tetracosanoic acid,4)、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate,5)。5种化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
The 80% ethanol extract of Potentilla discolor Bung. Was isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography. The structure of the compound was identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. The results showed that 5 compounds were isolated and identified as {(6S, 9R) -6-hydroxy-3-keto-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside { 6S, 9R) -9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-6-hydroxy-3-oxo-α-ionol, [(6S, 9R) -roseoside], caffeic acid - linolenic acid (3), tetracosanoic acid (4) and ethyl gallate (5). The five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
