提出一种新型的放电电极,采用表面滑闪预电离方式,解决脉冲氧碘化学激光器的稳定均匀放电问题.采用该放电电极,对碘甲烷和氮气混合气体进行放电.在放电截面为11 cm×10cm,腔体压力为2.8~3.3 kPa情况下,得到稳定均匀的辉光放电,电能量注入达4.5 J/L.该放电电极构造新颖,在理论上,该放电电极可以在更大放电截面上取得良好的放电结果.
