目的 研究云南南部西双版纳州景洪市一亻爱伲族村寨野外及村内蚊虫群落结构 ,探讨蚊类群落在不同环境条件下的分布和种类组成。方法 采用人诱和牛诱 ( 8m× 8m× 2m蚊帐 )通宵捕蚊 ,用群落生态学方法计算群落结构、多样性和均匀性指数。结果 村内群落捕获蚊虫 2亚科 6属 11个亚属 3 6种 2 14 2 6只 ,野外群落捕获 2亚科 4属 10个亚属 3 8种 12 2 19只。两群落优势蚊种基本一致为三带喙库蚊、棕头库蚊、伪杂鳞库蚊、中华按蚊、菲律宾按蚊、克氏按蚊、乌头按蚊和可赫按蚊。优势度村内群落分别为 70 .73、3 1.3 7、2 9.92、3 6.11、2 5 .67、2 7.80、2 1.60、15 .5 8,野外群落分别为 5 8.18、3 1.86、2 9.13、3 4.91、16.5 5、2 6.77、2 4.0 6、2 1.45。多样性指数、均匀性指数和优势集中指数村内分别为 1.78、0 .45和 0 .83 ,野外分别为 2 .0 9、0 .5 8和 0 .81。结论 野外群落较村内丰富 ,两群落组成结构复杂 ,优势蚊种分布均匀。
Objective To study the mosquito community structure in the villages and villages of Yi’er Ai village in Jinghong City, southern Yunnan, China. The distribution and species composition of mosquito community under different environmental conditions were explored. Methods Allocator-induced mosquitoes were trapped overnight (8m × 8m × 2m) by artificial lures and cattle, and community structure, diversity and evenness index were calculated by community ecology. Results The community in the village captured mosquitoes 2 subfamilies 6 genera and 11 genera and 3 6 species and 2 14 2 6 wild catches, 2 subfamilies, 4 genera and 10 subgenuses, 3 8 species and 12 2 19 individuals. The dominant species of mosquitoes in the two communities are basically the same as Culex tritavius, Culex pipiens pallens, Culex pipiens, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles stephensi, Anopheles stephensi, Anopheles stephensi and An. The dominant community within the village were 70.73,3 1.3 7,2 9.92,3 6.11,2 5 .67,2 7.80,2 1.60,15 .5 8, the field community were 5 8.18,3 1.86,2 9.13,3 4.91,16.5 5,2 6.77,2 4.0 6,2 1.45. The diversity index, the evenness index and the dominant concentration index were 1.78, 0.45 and 0.83 in the village and 2.90, 0.58 and 0.81 respectively in the field. Conclusion The outdoor community is more abundant in the village than in the village. The composition of the two communities is complex and the dominant mosquito species are evenly distributed.
