通过对河南省 １９９８ 年卫生服务抽样调查的结果分析，就河南省农村住院卫生服务利用及其影响因素进行 了研 究。结果 表明： 河南 省农 村居 民 年住 院率 为２３８‰，低于 １９９３ 年全国总调查农村地区居民年住院率（３０６‰）。性别、年龄、文化程度、经济状况均对农村住院卫生服务利用产生影响。
Through the analysis of the results of a sample survey of health services in Henan Province in 1998, the study was conducted on the utilization of in-hospital health services and its influencing factors in Henan Province. The results show that: The annual residence rate of rural residents in Henan Province is 238‰, which is lower than the annual survey of rural residents in 1993 (306‰). Gender, age, education level, and economic status all have an impact on the utilization of hospitalized health services in rural areas.
