《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(下称《决定》)要求,从中国实际出发,推进法治理论创新,发展社会主义法治理论,为依法治国提供理论指导和学理支撑。这一论述,涉及检察工作创新发展的一个重要方面,即推进检察理论创新问题。围绕如何以法治体系建设为引领,坚持从中国实际出发,推进检察理论创新发展,我有以下几点学习体会:一、《决定》明确了法治理论创新的根本要求《决定》要求,要坚持从中国实际出发,推进法治理论创新。该原则及其相关论述包含几点重要内容:(一)依法治国 The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Government on Some Important Issues of Ruling the Country According to Law” (hereinafter referred to as “Decision”) demands that the theory innovation of the rule of law and the theory of the socialist rule of law should be promoted based on China’s reality so as to provide theoretical guidance and theoretical support for the rule of law in accordance with the law.
