本文针对目前高职院校五年制基础教育阶段学生管理存在的问题,从五个方面提出了学生管理的新策略:强化学生管理工作者的品德修养;提高学生管理队伍整体素质;加强班主任、辅导员队伍建设;选拔和培养优秀的学生会干部;协调各方力量共同育人。该策略的实施有助于提高职业院校学生的管理,具有较强的应用推广价值。 This article aims at the existing problems of student management in the five-year basic education in vocational colleges at present, and puts forward five new strategies of student management from five aspects: to strengthen the moral cultivation of student management workers; to improve the overall quality of student management team; Counselors team building; selection and training of outstanding student union cadres; coordination of all forces to educate people. The implementation of this strategy helps to improve the management of students in vocational colleges and has a strong application and promotion value.
