在学校,经常看到班主任苦口婆心或声色俱厉地规劝学生。他们对这些学生的教育所付出的精力和难能可贵的耐心,远远超过对自己孩子的教育所付出的时间,令人为之敬佩和担忧。敬佩的是班主任不仅要完成教学任务,还要挑起教育学生的重担;担忧的是有的家长对子女教育时只知耕耘不问收获的教育方式,导致播下的是爱的种子,收获的可能是恨的果实。因而家长面对蛮横要挟的逆子求助无门,呼苍天愁断肠;老师亦勤教导见效难,叹无良方。这种状况不仅给学校教育教学工作带来负面影响,也给优秀生造成直接干扰。因此,不能不引起我们关注学生日益增多的心理问题。
