目的了解我市集体食堂食品安全状况,为做好集体食堂食品安全监管工作提供依据。方法设计调查表对市区范围内的集体食堂进行现场检查和监测。结果2006~2008年仙桃市集体食堂的有效卫生许可证持证率分别为82%、87%、93%,餐饮具消毒抽样合格率在72%~83%之间。结论必须加强集体食堂食品安全监督管理。
Objective To understand the food safety situation of collective canteens in our city and provide the basis for the supervision of food safety in collective canteens. Methodology Design Questionnaire Conduct on-site inspection and monitoring of collective canteens in urban areas. Results From 2006 to 2008, the valid hygiene permit certificates of Xiantao collective canteens were 82%, 87% and 93%, respectively. The qualified rate of disinfection sampling of tableware was between 72% and 83%. Conclusion The collective canteen food safety supervision and management must be strengthened.
