我国学校体育的总目标是:增强学生体质,促进学生身心的和谐发展,培养学生体育能力。要提高教学效果,加强师生的双边活动,首先要从培养提高学生对体育课的兴趣入手。当前中学生对体育学习,在为数不少的学生中,的确存在着厌学体育的行为倾向,主要表现在:上课无精打采,注意力不集中,畏难情绪较大,借故请假较多,考核只求及格,课外活动较少参加,没有喜爱的活动项目,怕出汗等。如何解决学生的厌学体育的行为,变被动为主动,提高教学质量呢?我们认为可从以下几个
