目的 观察次声对大鼠作用后 ,血浆内血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )含量的变化。方法 用 16Hz、90dB次声作用 1、7、14、2 1d ,2h/次·d-1。分别于作用后 0 .5、6、12、18、2 4h观察大鼠血浆内AⅡ含量的变化。结果 大鼠血浆内AⅡ含量在次声作用 1d后 ,与对照组相比 0 .5h已开始增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,12h达高峰 ,而后下降 ,至 2 4h降为最低点 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;次声作用 7d ,在 0 .5h前与对照组相比差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;以后渐渐升高 ,至 2 4h达高峰 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;次声作用 14d ,与对照组相比 0 .5h达高峰 (P <0 .0 1) ,而后渐渐下降 ,至 2 4h与对照组比较差异无显著性意义 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ;次声作用 2 1d ,与对照组相比 0 .5h达高峰 ( P <0 .0 1) ,而后下降 ,12h降为最低点 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,18、2 4h复呈显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 次声作用后 ,大鼠血浆内AⅡ含量随次声作用时间的不同而呈不同的规律性改变。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) content after infrasound in rats. Methods 16Hz, 90dB infrasound acted for 1, 7, 14, 21d, 2h / time · d-1. The changes of plasma AⅡlevels in rats were observed at 0, 5, 6, 12, 18, 24 hours after treatment. Results The content of AⅡ in rat plasma at 1d after infrasound increased 0.5h (P <0.01) compared with the control group, reaching the peak at 12h and then decreased to the lowest level at 24h (P <0.05), still higher than the control group (P <0.05); infrasound for 7 days, before 0.5h compared with the control group no significant difference (P> 0.05); then gradually increased to 2 (P <0.01). The infrasound was 14 days, reaching the peak at 0.5 hour (P <0.01) compared with the control group, and then gradually decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group (P> 0.05).
