本文提出通过一次样品处理,同时用碘量法测定铜、巯基棉富集分离火焰原子吸收法测定金。不但可节省样品分别处理时所需的时间和试剂,而且测定的灵敏度和重现性也很理想。经大量实际分析证明,该法的测定结果与经典方法相比,没有显著性差异,是准确可行的。
In this paper, we propose a method for the determination of gold by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (ICP-AES) with a sample preparation and iodometric method for the determination of copper and sulfhydryl cotton. Not only does it save the time and reagent required for sample processing, but also the sensitivity and reproducibility of the assay. After a large number of actual analysis shows that the results of the method compared with the classical method, there is no significant difference is accurate and feasible.
