生态消费是经济新常态下亟须倡导的消费理念。当前,由于“重物质、轻精神”的消费理念导致生态消费需求力不足;“多盲从、少理性”的消费行为导致生态消费选择力欠缺;“重自我、轻自然”的消费心理导致生态消费原动力失衡等原因,使我国的生态消费难以适应经济发展新常态。为解决这一现实困境,提升民众生态消费力,促进生态消费健康有序地发展,必须在强化生态消费观教育、加强理性消费宣传、建立健全科学有效的规约和激励机制、大力建设生态消费文化等方面下功夫。
