功率回收型液压抽油机采用转速控制的二次调节液压系统, 其主要特点是泵和二次元件马达( 可用作泵) 之间所接的蓄能器消除了两者之间流量和功率的直接联系, 并使功率储存和回收成为可能。为对这种抽油机的速度控制及功率回收率的原理性应用做基础研究, 通过比较, 确定以机液反馈二次调节系统为驱动部分, 与蓄能器相连的液压缸为加载部分, 配以适当的检测与显示装置, 设计并建立了功率回收型液压抽油机模拟实验系统。
