采用HPLC法建立丹参水溶性成分指纹图谱测定方法,对10批丹参样品进行水溶性成分的HPLC测定,建立了丹参水溶性成分HPLC对照指纹图谱,并对各批样品进行相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。指纹图谱测定方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性和重复性均良好,对照指纹图谱展现的各峰分离度较好,特征明显。各样品相对于对照指纹图谱的相似度>0.90,聚类分析和主成分分析结果基本一致,从化学成分的角度对样品质量做出了较为客观的评价,可为丹参的质量评价提供可靠的依据。
