随着物质经济水平的大幅度提高,绿色意识深入人心,绿色消费已成为一种国际潮流,为顺应这一潮流,绿色营销必将成为国家、城市和企业竞争的新思维,发展的新方向。资源型城市作为一类特殊类型的城市,经济发展过度依赖于本地的自然禀赋,而随着资源的衰竭使得资源型城市都要面临和经历经济下滑,产业转型、产业结构调整等难题。宁夏石嘴山市是我国西部典型的资源型城市之一,50年前,石嘴山以这里丰富的煤炭业发展起来,50年后的今天,面对资源型城市的种种现状,石嘴山市必须要进行绿色转型,发展新的绿色营销观念。
