患者女,1岁,因反复感冒、胸闷、心悸3年,近3月加重入院。体检发现有早搏,每分钟6～7次,余未见异常。心电图示频发室性并行心律,窦缓。诊断为病毒性心肌炎后遗症伴室性并行心律。入院后给予溴苄胺治疗,效果不佳。12天后复查心电图,示频发多源室早,改用利多卡因50mg加10％葡萄糖液20ml静脉推注。当注射至2分钟(约含利多卡因20mg)时,患者突然狂躁
