为探讨蝙蝠葛碱(Dau)对缺氧心脏去甲肾上腺素(NE)释放的影响,运用高效液相色谱-电化学法测定不同缺氧条件下豚鼠离体心脏流出液中NE含量.结果显示:Dau组(n=13)停灌时心脏NE释放显著低于对照组(n=11,P<0.01);在低氧灌注,低氧酸性灌注及低氧高钾灌注电刺激时,Dau组(n=12-13)心脏NE释放明显低于对照组(n=11-12,P<0.001).表明Dau可抑制缺氧心脏NE的释放.
To investigate the effect of dauricine on NE release in hypoxic hearts, the content of NE in isolated cardiac effluent from guinea pigs under different anoxic conditions was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical method. The results showed that NE release was significantly lower in the Dau group (n = 13) than in the control group (n = 11, P <0.01). In the hypoxia perfusion, hypoxia acid perfusion, , The NE release in the heart of Dau group (n = 12-13) was significantly lower than that of the control group (n = 11-12, P <0.001). That Dau can inhibit the release of NE in hypoxic heart.
