采用DPPH自由基清除法和TLC比较方法对民间食用植物马齿苋乙醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取物的自由基清除作用和成分组成进行了比较分析。结果表明马齿苋提取物对DPPH自由基清除率依次为正丁醇提取物>乙酸乙酯提取物>石油醚提取物>乙醇提取物>水提取物,IC50值分别为8.4、9.1、78.9、121.5、160.1μg/mL;以正丁醇提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物活性最强,与BHA和VC接近。马齿苋具有较强的抗氧化活性,抗氧化活性成分主要存在正丁醇提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物中。
DPPH radical scavenging assay and TLC comparative method were used to compare the free radical scavenging activities and composition of the edible vegetable plants Portulaca oleracea, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extracts. The results showed that the DPPH radical scavenging rate of the purslane extract was n-butanol extract> ethyl acetate extract> petroleum ether extract> ethanol extract> water extract, the IC50 values were 8.4, 9.1, 78.9, 121.5,160.1μg / mL; n-butanol extract and ethyl acetate extract the strongest activity, and BHA and VC close. Purslane has a strong antioxidant activity, antioxidant activity of the main components of n-butanol extract and ethyl acetate extract.
