农民工是我国城市中的一个特殊群体,他们的劳动权利长期没有得到尊重和保障。新颁布的《劳动合同法》确立了农民工在劳动关系中的主体地位,规定了劳动者的权利、用人单位的义务、政府的责任,从而使农民工作为劳动者的权利保障有了坚实的法律制度。因此,应当提高认识,转变观念,加强学习宣传,普及劳动合同法知识,切实保障农民工的权利,创建和谐稳定的劳动关系。
Migrant workers are a special group in our cities and their labor rights have not been respected and guaranteed for a long time. The newly promulgated “Labor Contract Law” established the dominant position of migrant workers in labor relations, stipulated the rights of laborers, the obligations of employers and the responsibilities of the government, so that the migrant workers' work as a worker's right guarantee has a solid Legal System. Therefore, we should raise our awareness, change our concepts, strengthen the study and publicity, popularize the knowledge of the Labor Contract Law, effectively protect the rights of migrant workers, and create a harmonious and stable labor relationship.
