本文采用Hela细胞的核仁为抗原免疫兔子获得人类恶性肿瘤相关核仁抗原(HMNA)的抗血清。抗血清对各种白血病人及正常人和非白血病人骨髓细胞进行免疫萤光染色,结果表明治疗前及未缓解急性白血病人HMNA阳性率显著高于正常人和非白血病人组及缓解期组;复发时HMNA又上升;HMNA阳性率与白血病细胞有相关性。因此监测HMNA阳性细胞可作为一种观察化疗效果和预报复发的一种辅助方法。
In this paper, Hela cell nuclei were used to immunize rabbits as anti-human anti-tumor associated anti-human henrysemia antigen (HMNA) antiserum. The results of immunofluorescence staining showed that the positive rate of HMNA in patients with acute leukemia before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in normal and non - leukemia patients and in remission stage. The recurrence of HMNA again increased; HMNA positive rate and leukemia cells are related. Therefore, monitoring HMNA positive cells can be used as an adjunct to observe the effect of chemotherapy and predict the recurrence.
