连杆是抽油机的主要结构件之一。在满足其工作能力条件下 ,以重量最轻为目标 ,对连杆进行优化设计实现降低整机重量是各抽油机制造厂追求的目的。在连杆长度已定的条件下 ,以连杆横截面积为目标函数 ,在强度和几何约束条件下 ,选取连杆外径和壁厚为设计变量 ,建立了异相型抽油机连杆的优化设计模型。并以CYJY3- 1 5 - 6 5HB异相型抽油机连杆为例 ,介绍了其优化设计过程
Connecting rod is one of the main components of the pumping unit. To meet the conditions of its ability to work to the lightest weight as the goal, to optimize the connecting rod to achieve weight reduction is the pursuit of all pumping plant manufacturer’s purpose. Taking CYJY3-1-5-6HB heterogeneous pumping unit connecting rod as an example, its optimization design process is introduced
