针对目前边远油田 (区块 )或海上油田天然气 (伴生气 )集输困难、回收率低、造成大量能源浪费和环境污染的问题 ,在胜利油田永 92 1接转站应用油气混输泵进行了油气混输工业性试验 ,取得成功。使永92 1站实现了油气密闭混输 ,简化了流程 ,方便了管理 ,提高了工艺技术水平和经济效益。该系列混输泵的设计融合了泵和压缩机的工作原理 ,是具有内压缩的、能随机卸荷的双螺杆泵。内压缩螺杆混输泵 ,获得了国家发明专利。
In view of the difficulties in the collection and transportation of natural gas (associated gas) in the remote oilfields (blocks) or offshore oilfields and the low recovery rate resulting in a large amount of energy waste and environmental pollution, an oil-gas hybrid pump was applied to the Yong 92 1 transfer station in Shengli Oilfield Oil and gas mixed industrial test, success. Yong 92 1 station to achieve airtight oil and gas mixture, simplifying the process, facilitate management, improve the technological level and economic benefits. This series of mixed pump design combines the working principle of the pump and the compressor, is an internal compression, can unload the double screw pump. Compression screw within the pump, won the national invention patents.
