曲柄压力机开式机身传统设计中强度是按细长梁进行计算的,与实测数据出入较大。本文按曲杆计算机身强度,计算结果与实测和有限元件计算结果基本相符,而计算量却比有限元计算大大减少。用此算法对开式压力机机身主截面结构进行优化设计,得到了既能减小主截面面积、节省金属材料,又能提高压力机强度和刚度的设计方案。
Crank press open body in the traditional design of strength is calculated according to slender beam, and the measured data into a larger. In this paper, bending strength is calculated by bending rod, and the calculated result is in good agreement with the measured and finite element calculation results, but the calculation is much less than the finite element calculation. With this algorithm, the design of the main section structure of the open press is optimized, and the design scheme of reducing the area of the main section, saving the metal material and improving the strength and rigidity of the press is obtained.
