[目的]建立双酰草胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,C18反相液相色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比35∶65)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,在检测波长240 nm下对双酰草胺进行定量检测。[结果]在0.1~10.0 mg/L范围内,双酰草胺质量浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,标准偏差0.17,变异系数0.18%,平均回收率100.05%。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性范围好等优点,适用于双酰草胺的定量分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the analysis of bifenthrin. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used on a C18 reversed-phase liquid chromatographic column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (35:65) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / Amines for quantitative testing. [Result] The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1-10.0 mg / L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996, the standard deviation of 0.17, the coefficient of variation of 0.18% and the average recovery of 100.05%.
