以矿井主通风机电动机在当前井下作业应用中存在的问题为研究对象,设计开发了以C8051F020单片机为核心的矿井主通风机绝缘状态监测应用系统。系统能够实现对高压电动机绝缘电阻等相关参数信息进行采集和处理,并将信息传输至上位机,通过系统调试及实验验证,系统功能完善,能够满足矿井主通风机高压电动机的在线监测要求。
Taking the existing problems of the mine main ventilator motor in the current downhole operation as the research object, an application system for monitoring the main ventilator insulation status based on the C8051F020 single-chip microcomputer is designed and developed. The system can realize the collection and processing of high voltage motor insulation resistance and other related parameter information, and transmit the information to the host computer. Through the system commissioning and experimental verification, the system has perfect functions and can meet the on-line monitoring requirements of the main ventilator high-voltage motor.
