应试教育下逐步增加的升学压力已然波及到了小学生,而小学生作为限制行为能力人,身心发育不全,无法承担繁重的学习压力,从而引发了各种生理的、心理的问题。本论文主要分析了现代我国小学生的学习现状和学习心理压力的产生,并探讨了以小组的方法干预小学生心理压力的若干问题。采用社会工作三大专业方法之一的小组工作方法对小学生的学习心理压力进行干预,同时在干预过程中融入压力管理的元素,对于缓解小学生学习心理压力起到了良好作用。
Under the exam-oriented education, the gradual increase of pressure on students has spread to pupils. As pupils with limited ability to practice, pupils are unable to bear the heavy study pressure due to physical and mental underdevelopment, thus causing various physiological and psychological problems. This thesis mainly analyzes the current situation of primary school students in our country and the occurrence of psychological pressure, and discusses some problems of using the method of group to intervene the psychological pressure of primary school students. Using the group working methods, one of the three major professional methods of social work, to intervene in the study psychological pressure of primary school students and at the same time to integrate elements of stress management in the process of intervention, it has played a good role in alleviating the psychological pressure of primary school students.
