β受体功能亢进症为功能性疾病,以β肾上腺素能功能亢进为主要表现。儿童并非少见,易误诊为心肌炎。现将我科确诊为β受体功能亢进的19例病儿报告如下。临床资料1 一般资料:19例中男4例,女15例。年龄5～14岁,平均9.7岁,其中>10岁15例。病程1天～8年,其中半年以内12例,半年～1年2例,1～3年4例,8年1例。
Beta-receptor hyperactivity is a functional disorder characterized by beta adrenergic hyperactivity. Children are not uncommon, easily misdiagnosed as myocarditis. Now our department diagnosed as β-receptor hyperactivity 19 cases of children reported as follows. Clinical data 1 General Information: 19 cases of male 4 cases, 15 females. Aged 5 to 14 years, mean 9.7 years, of which> 10 years old in 15 cases. Duration of 1 day to 8 years, of which 12 cases within six months, six months to 1 year in 2 cases, 1 to 3 years in 4 cases, 8 years in 1 case.
