通过点击反应合成了一种聚乙二醇单甲醚(mPEG)修饰含蒽荧光团及二(2-吡啶甲基)胺(DPA)金属离子识别位点水溶性高分子化合物P1.在纯水溶液中,P1能够与Hg~(2+)形成稳定的1∶1型配合物P1-Hg~(2+),伴随着聚合物P1荧光猝灭.同时,P1-Hg~(2+)络合物对半胱氨酸(Cys)有很好的选择性识别.随着Cys浓度的增加,由于Cys与Hg~(2+)结合,使得P1的荧光得到恢复,且不受其它氨基酸的干扰.
A kind of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (mPEG) modified anthracene fluorophore and DPA metal ion recognition site water-soluble polymer compound P1 was synthesized by click reaction. , P1 can form a stable 1: 1 complex P1-Hg 2+ with Hg 2+, accompanied by fluorescence quenching of polymer P1. Meanwhile, P1-Hg 2+ complex The result shows that Cys has a good selectivity for Cys.With the increase of Cys concentration, the fluorescence of P1 is restored due to the binding of Cys to Hg 2+, and it is not affected by other amino acids.
